There are some of you who may want to remember that the Realtor code of ethics applys online as well so be very careful of aggressive marketing and things you say.  They may come back to haunt you.

This is the REALTOR Pledge.

I pledge myself:

To protect the individual right of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it;
To be honorable and honest in all dealings;
To seek better to represent my clients by building my knowledge and competence;
To act fairly towards all in the spirit of the Golden Rule;
To serve well my community, and through it, my country;
To observe the REALTOR®, Code of Ethics and conform to its lofty ideals.

There are some of you on here that are new and really need to take this code seriously.  The quickest way to loose your ability to sell real estate as a REALTOR is to violate this code that you agree to follow.

Bad mouthing other REALTORS is not acceptable.
